	Associate Organisations: ABODA has many contacts with other organisations involved in music education. Most organisations, although having music as the common theme have a particular focus. ABODA, for example, looks to the education and general craft improvement of conductors. BUT as we all know, there is not point in having a highly skilled conductor if there is no ensemble to conduct. I many instances it is difficult to distinguish between training the conductor and training the ensemble, after all both should be literally reading from the same sheet of music.
